Hey, I'm Hannah
the face behind the business
A creative, detail-obsessed PA turned online VA, originally from the UK and now calling Australia home. With over 9 years experience, I now work fully online supporting driven business owners who are ready to get out of the weeds.
I bring both structure and creativity to everything I do — holding myself to high standards so my clients don't have to worry about the details. That same discipline carries into my personal life too; outside of work I'm a gym enthusiast and a firm believer in routine, consistency, and balance. The way I see it, an organised business creates space for a well-lived life.
My Background
the chapters that built this one
2018 – 2020
999 Call Handler
Two years of being the first voice on the line when something had gone wrong — a role with no margin for error. Every call had a real outcome attached to it, every decision made with incomplete information and under time pressure, without losing accuracy.
This is where I learned that calm isn't a personality trait — it's a discipline. That's the discipline I still work from.
2020 – 2023
Resource Assistant
Still in the police service, but off the phones. Holding the rota for hundreds of officers, the inboxes, the external stakeholders — all of it moving at once, most of it last-minute.
This is where I learned that operations is really just trust: people need to know that when they hand something over, it's actually handled. It's the same promise I make to a founder now.
2023 – 2026
Personal Assistant
Three years as the right hand to senior women whose calendars couldn't slip and whose inboxes couldn't be guessed at.
This is where I stopped reacting to needs and started spotting them a week ahead. Anyone can run a diary. Very few people can run the one inside the founder's head.
2024 – Present
Virtual Assistant
This is the chapter the other three were preparing me for. I support founders running fast, alone, and close to burnout — the back-end of the business, held by someone who's seen what high-pressure environments do to people who don't get help in time.
The work I do now gives them their time, their headspace, and their evenings back.

What to expect
when you stop doing it all alone
The founders I work with aren't looking for someone to tick tasks off a list. They're looking for someone they can hand the back-end of the business to and trust it's actually being held — a step ahead of the ask, and quiet enough that the business runs whether you're online or not.
I've spent long enough in high-pressure work to recognise burnout before it gets named. So here's what working with me actually means: I'll tell you the truth, even when it isn't what you were hoping for. I'll protect your time, not just fill it. And I'll treat your business like it's mine — because I know what it took to build one.
That's why I'm committed to:
- Encouraging you to prioritise self-care and take breaks when needed.
- Providing honest insights and transparent feedback.
- Working collaboratively to ensure your business reflects your vision.
